School Picture

Liam had school pictures today. There is no telling what we will see when the pictures are developed! I let Liam decide if he wanted to be in his school uniform or other clothes. He chose to wear his uniform and I love that choice!

It feels so right that Liam wants to be identified as a student! He loves school and this is a school picture- what else would he wear? It is authentic. 

On the way to school, I asked him to show me his smile. He bared his teeth at me and I panicked a little! So I asked him to show me a smile from when he is happy- it was a little better. Then I asked for a smile for his sisters. Better still. Then he laughed and gave me a beautiful, contagious, vibrant smile. I told him that was my favorite smile of his. Maybe it will be in the photograph, maybe not. But he will wear it forever in my heart. Love that boy!
