Camille Acres

Progress is ongoing at Camille Acres Baptist Church. The underslab utilities have been installed, and the slab has been laid. The next phase involves erecting the pre-engineered steel frame.

Greggton Global Methodist

The work on Greggton has been finished. Although they held their first service in the new building on Easter Sunday, it took several months to address punch list items and install some church-provided elements, like exterior and interior signage. Unfortunately, shortly after moving in, they discovered that the existing roof needed complete replacement. Fortunately, the roof leak caused minimal interior damage. The church is thankful and enthusiastic about the ministry taking place in the new space.

Longview EPC

One of the initial meetings I attended after joining TECH was with Longview EPC. It has been a multi-year journey with the church involving master planning and construction documents. However, TECH successfully delivered what was required for phase 1, which involved remodeling their fellowship and education building. They have received all their bids, which are within their expectations, and they hope to begin construction soon.
