Greggton Global Methodist Church contacted TECH Team in the summer of 2024 looking for design assistance in creating a new space to worship in. The church had located a 15,000 square foot retail space that originally was home to a pharmacy (and several other functions over the years). Working with the church, Eric was able to provide a design for the interior finish-out that met the needs of the church and the code/zoning requirements of the City. The Construction Documents were completed at the end of June 2025, and construction began in August. As of last week, demolition is complete, the majority of the mechanical systems are installed, exterior improvements are underway, and interior framing is approximately 75% complete. We look forward to

In the summer of 2024, Greggton Global Methodist Church reached out to TECH Team for help in designing a new worship space. They had found a 15,000 square foot retail location, previously a pharmacy among other uses. Eric collaborated with the church to create an interior design that fulfilled both the church's needs and the city's code and zoning requirements. The Construction Documents were finalized by the end of June 2025, and construction kicked off in August. As of last week, demolition has been completed, most mechanical systems are installed, exterior improvements are in progress, and interior framing is about 75% finished. We eagerly anticipate how the Lord will utilize this space to glorify His name by encouraging those within Greggton and ministering to the broader community. Please join us in praying for a swift and safe construction process, and that all involved will be drawn closer to God through their interactions with church members and the General Contractor, who is a dedicated Christian.
