The Big Trip: Day 17 & 18

These two day blended together quite a bit. We drove from Hutchinson, KS to near Tulsa, OK to visit with old family friends in Oklahoma. The kids played, ran, and caught baby tree frogs while the adults talked and relaxed. We went to a local splash pad and had meals together. We talked about families and new jobs and opportunities. The girls helped cook meals and had matching hair while the boys played in the woods and stayed up until dark. We talked about kids growing up and we ate brownies. We loved reconnecting with this sweet family.
